ENTRY REGULATIONS |

Age Classifications of Competition
All athletes must be at least 50 years of age on April 30, 2011 to be eligible to compete (see exception for basketball, softball and volleyball which is December 31, 2011).
Athletes may compete in only one (1) age category in an event.
The following age categories will apply to both men and women for all individual and double competition:
50-54, 55-59. 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95+
Volleyball is divided into two (2) age brackets for both men and women: 50-59 and 60+. There must be three teams in each bracket to conduct a tournament.

• A REGISTRATION FEE of $25.00 is required of each participant. Golf requires an additional Facility Fee of $20.00 (includes cart). |

TEAM ROSTER LIMITS for volleyball (15) and bowling (4).

• The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. All participants will receive a T-shirt as part of their registration fee |

• Bowling is a handicap event including Singles, Doubles & Team play. |

• Golf requires an additional FACILITY FEE of $20.00 (includes cart) |

• Golf is 18-Hole individual medal play for men and women - Shot Gun Start |

Oak Tree Village (Independent Living Facility) in St. Peters. |

Please note that T-shirts and “participant goodies bags” are available to participants or representatives
